How would you beat it? About all you can do IS show up in court, tell the truth, and see What the judge decide.

plead guilty and ask for Probation Before Judgement. If your record is clean You Should get it. If you are wrong, the judge Will Know. If You are Awarded PBJ It Will not show on your record.

Three months IS NOT excessive. If you do contest it, the box Will Be Decided on Testimony. Because of the officer’s training and experience, He Will Be Given more Credibility. Without a Specific Legal Principles to contest, It Is not Likely you will win. Perhaps You Should Consider Asking the court If They Have Any Diversion Program to keep this off your record Such as traffic school or community service.
